"I am glad to know you have, finally, decided to break old habits and get
yourself back on track; and, I am honored to know you are considering
taking my program to achieve your goals.

Fitness, apparently, is in the eye of the beholder.
People have different ideas of what being in shape is; some like a little extra
meat, some like to touch the bones; many believe a six pack of abs means
healthy;  others want more here and less there...
...The list goes on. In my opinion, to be fit goes beyond physical appearance; to
me, to be fit means to feel great, happy and as a bonus look your best!  That is
the foundation in which i built my basic three month program.

Now you might be wondering what makes my program different?

The answer is: Your response to daily, high motivation and guidance through a
program that will not only make you look good, but feel better than ever before!








What makes me so sure you will?





A 90% success rate with my clients! Exactly! I feed off of my client's increasing
confidence and willingness to become a better version of themselves. I take
pride of our work together as a team; and in their daily success, i find my
greatest inspiration to create better programs and outstanding sessions.

When I say one on one personal training,
I mean it.

When you show up to train, you know you're in for the ride. There are no
distractions, no excuses, no people wondering around, no phones to answer
(except for special circumstances), and no areas other than the one you work
out in; and, me in your face
making sure you get the best of every minute.

So, the more you give to the program, the more you receive in every aspect.
My focus is to inspire you, and to help you learn more about your body and your
self; to cross our individual weaknesses and become a stronger self in every
way.

Our class intensity will depend on your level of motivation that day and your
overall goals. The program focuses on improving and increasing not only your
physique, but your endurance, flexibility and strength. It goes beyond giving
you an opportunity to vent, plan and organize your current affairs.
















Am I the best trainer for everyone?

I wish; but the truth is, there is no way one trainer fits everyone's needs. I do
have my own set of requirements to accept a new candidate to the program.
You start with a one on one- 90 minute interview to assess your current
physical condition, lifestyle and goals. Then we both will decide if we are a
match for each other. My commitment is to help those I can within my
knowledge, experience and abilities.

I am very conscious of client's boundaries and special needs. People under
medication, strong physical setbacks and special circumstances may not be
suited for my program; but, I will do my best to help you find a trainer or
location that provides the services you need in order to achieve your
individual goals. I hope these lines give you a brief idea of my program and
intentions, and especially my client's feedback and experiences.
